Our story

Tired of having
to choose.

Martin and Carmina Magallanes were tired of having to choose.

The trade nobody should make
Eat fast. Or Eat well.

Pick one. That was the deal.

So they built it
themselves.

Martin and Carmina Magallanes are Central Valley entrepreneurs. Constantly on the move, they knew how difficult it was to find something quick that was actually fresh, healthy AND tasted good.

So they decided to create it themselves.

Fresh Fork Grill was born from one simple idea:

Fast food doesn't have to
feel like fast food.

Here

Three rules
we don't break.

  1. 01 Nothing is fried.
  2. 02 Nothing is frozen.
  3. 03 And nothing is fake.

Made your way

Every bowl gets

Built by hand.
Every single one.

Every bowl is built by hand, one order at a time. Nothing is prepped in advance and left to sit.

Result?

A meal that fills you up…Without weighing you down.

What it comes down to

No sacrifice
either way.

Because eating healthy shouldn't mean sacrificing flavor. And being busy shouldn't mean sacrificing what you put in your body.

Fresh food. Real ingredients. Serious flavor.

Built for people who don't have time to compromise.
